I have been blessed over the years to have made so many dear friends in helping with buying and selling homes. Like so many of us, I am looking forward to bringing back " The American Dream.  Owning and living in a home gives all people a sense of belonging and reason to keep working hard.  Take that away, and we are seeing what happens.  Fear makes everyone quit buying, spending, moving, and dreaming.

We have seen some incredible changes in our financial and housing markets as of late, The Perfect Storm.  Like all storms, it will pass and we will regain the necessary balance between supply and demand.  Thankfully, we have attractive interest rates, a selection of well-priced listings, and a government (the current and the incoming) that appears dedicated to stabilizing the economy.

This situation has to work it self out, and it will.  It is just a matter of how long it will take. In the mean time, I will continue to work for you in helping those who still want to fulfill their dream.
